We are looking to basically do a gut rehab. New floors, tear down some walls, enclose screened porch with glass sliding doors, new kitchen and 4 full baths. Also prefer energy saving alternatives eg. tankless water heater, linoleum flooring and low maintenance materials eg. solid surface countertops.
